Cancellation Policy
All subscription rates offered by www.theinnercircleclub.co.uk are strictly governed by this cancellation policy without exception. Subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription plans for whatever reason and at any time.
Cancellation examples
The most obvious example of a request to cancel, would be one whereby the service supplied does not meet with the subscribers expectations. The more common cancellation requests fall into such categories as, holidays, being hospitalised, a change in shift work, not a convenient time etc., etc. We cannot decree the many reasons why a subscriber would require their subscription to be cancelled, however, we will always honour a request for cancellation, without question! Alternatively, there is an option to suspend as oppose to cancel.
Suspension
An alternative to cancelling a subscription plan is to request a temporary suspension. Subscription Members may request, via email to the address: admin@theinnercircleclub.co.uk, a maximum of two suspension periods on quarterly and half-yearly plans (suspension is not applicable to monthly plans). Following a suspension, a subscriber may request for a reinstatement of a quarterly or half-yearly plan, at any time within the duration of the plan from the date of the original registration. The period of a reinstated a plan will be equivalent to the number of whole months remaining at the time of the request for suspension.
Requesting a cancellation
A cancellation request may be made by simply entering your registered email in the submission option below or alternatively, by email to the address: admin@theinnercircleclub.co.uk. Any such cancellation and potential subscription refund shall be governed by this cancellation policy without exception.
Refunds
1. Cancellation of a Monthly Subscription Plan, will generate a refund equal to one-quarter (1/4) of the cost of the monthly plan for every whole week remaining, up until the date of expiration (the day of request is discounted).
2. Cancellation of a Quarterly Subscription Plan, will generate a refund equal to one-third (1/3) of the cost of the quarterly plan for every whole calendar month remaining, plus one-quarter (1/4) of the cost of the weekly equivalent of the quarterly plan for every whole week remaining, up until the date of expiration (the day of request is discounted).
3. Cancellation of a Half-Yearly Subscription Plan, will generate a refund equal to one-sixth (1/6) of the cost of the half-yearly plan for every whole calendar month remaining, plus one-quarter (1/4) of the cost of the weekly equivalent of the half-yearly plan for every whole week remaining, up until the date of expiration (the day of request is discounted).
Following a cancellation, former subscribers have the right to reapply for any 'Membership Subscription Plan', without prejudice, on a 'first come, first serve' basis, subject to capacity levels at the time of application.
